The Problem:
Tracking bugs, programming changes, and new features are difficult to track. When one of our clients requests a change, or a bug fix we communicate by email.

The other problem was trying to reproduce errors, and having to wait for a reply from a busy client, or a reply from one of our busy developers.

The Solution:
We responded with the bug-tracker! Whenever we have a client for a web project, we supply a login ID & Password to the bug tracking system. Inside, our client can create issues, define tasks, upload screenshots, and have up-to-date information on requests by the client.

From our end, we can easily reference the bug and offer suggestions, solutions, and of course fix bugs in a more timely fashion!
